The connector under the truck gets full of crap I forget which one. Even 2023 are having the issue. Had one in today. Cleaned it out. Packed full of dielectric and should be better. Shit design.

Service writer at the local ford dealer. Yes we have to write it that way for the most part for it to go through for warranty.

Pretty sad that’s still falling off 1.5 years later my early build 2021 was. I just used adhesive to glue it on. Sad they still haven’t fixed it. I sold my pos truck. Wayyyy to many problems and recalls. What a joke. good luck just glue it takes 5 min.

I had all these issues as well as a dead battery last week. And a seal that was leaking. To many problems. Traded it off to bad liked the truck.

Ya I have decided after having to take my truck in 5 times in the last 2 months for random things. Even leaving me stranded for work etc. To many random things going wrong on a vehicle that’s only 9 months old. Decided to trade it off.

Mine are in, appointment in a couple weeks. Kamloops B.C All depends when your dealer ordered them as they have to order per vin so dealers don’t over order and horde all the parts. If they ordered yours later then they may be out by now and have a bit longer to wait. Ask me how I know lol...

I have some of the same issues. (This is only sometimes maybe once or twice a week) The passenger smart key door not working, walk up lights not working. Interior lights not working. I have never had the screen go blank though. This has all started since it’s gotten stuck on the 1.7.1 update...

Drive the truck yesterday and it was perfect. Went to go to work this am and completely dead. Tried hooking up the AGM charger I have and it wouldn’t even start a charge it was so dead. Had to boost it with the wife’s car and even then it almost didn’t start. Drove to the dealer 3 hours ago...

Same here mine built in Feb 2021. Used the truck yesterday worked fine. Go to get in to go to work today. Completely dead , battery charger wouldn’t even start to charge it. Boosted it with the wife’s car and took it in. They replaced the battery. But I think the 1.7 update crap is causing these...

Same here Regarding making a appointment. Hope it’s a OTA but who knows at this point.

But can you turn on auto updates and update notifications. That’s the problem we are stuck on 1.7.1 and those a greyed out. Also the sync version is blank. I tried what he said and no go. I have gotten 1.4 and 1.6 over the summer. Thanks tho.
