I am in the same boat. Ordered a Tremor that was in Production in January then informed my truck was placed on Chip Hold. Bad enough that the truck will be a 1/2 year or older b the time I receive it. Trying not to be outraged by the situation.

I called my dealer to ask them to check the status of the Tremor I ordered at the beginning of Nov. They informed me that the truck is on a computer chip hold! But being the nice guys that they think they are, they offered me a dealer demo with 800 miles with a $10,000 dollar mark up over MSRP...

I am concerned that the Trucker strike is going to delay delivery if Ford Trucks for months. I support the strikers and understand why they are pissed. But heck, since this is all about me and getting my truck ASAP, They should have delayed this strike a few months. ?

I have gotten no notice of changes to the delivery date. I placed the order at the beginning of November. I am hoping that the April Date does not get pushed back any later. At that point, it will be a 6-month wait. My dealer has two on the lot right now. Of course, there is a $10,000 mark up.
