I should be getting my PB Lariat this week (crossing fingers, ordered it in Dec). I'm not excepting much better gas mileage than my 2018 EB or 2022 GMC Sierra 5.3L. I drive mostly interstate driving, 75-80 mph. I usually get 17-19 now with my GMC. That being said, when driving in the city...
I'm glad you have your truck. Mine will get here when it gets here. I was upset at one point but in the end it doesn't matter. Hopefully I love it when it arrives. I was actually thinking about ordering a Tundra but there is a 4-6 month wait time on them as well.
I feel your pain. Ordered mine on December, blend date was 3/24. I heard nothing so I went to my dealer and they said it was on hold due to chips. Estimated time is mid-late July. Nothing too crazy as far as build goes, 4 X 2, PB, quad cab, 502A Lariat sport. Best of luck buddy. What I...
i was in the same boat, I hate all the chrome and had ordered a Platty with BAP. However, I really didn't want to pay for 4X4 in order to get it. Ended up changing my order to a Lariat Sport so I could get it in 4 X 2.
Nice! I ride a 2022 KTM 250 SX-F and my son races 85's and Supermini. The Lock N Load system is pretty neat. You never have to worry about straps or anything like that. Here's a link. Lock-N-Load PRO - Strapless Dirt Bike Transport System | Risk Racing.
Not sure this design makes any sense. If you need to open 3/4 of your tailgate, you're more than like need to open the rest lol. For what I do day to day, the best tailgate is GM's muli-pro. That being said, I would see it being useful to some. I see more problems than anything. At the rate...
I'd much rather have led lights in my bed than BC lol. Hell, I'd settle for Ford updating their website lol. Then again, at least I can see the 2021's with items my truck won't have lol. I think Ford is really screwing their current/future customers with this latest model. Making promises...
Yup, I love not being about to see a 2022 F 150 on their site lol. Makes no sense. At first, I said, "I'm sure there won't be any difference" from the 2021. Now I'm finding out that the 2022 will be different in a few ways. Price hike, missing standard options, ect. I'm also fining that...
I ordered the "unleashed" system. Like everything, some will love, and some will hate. I guess it all depends on the person. I sat in two Lariat's. One was a standard and the other was a mid with B & O (8 speaker). Believe it or not, I thought the non B&O sounded better lol. However, I...
I also don't like that you have to get 4x4 in order to get the BAP with powerboost.. Kinda stupid. I switched my Platinum to a Lariat sport. Much cheaper and I can get it in 4x2.
That and the 8 speed transmission isn't very good. Lot's of issues even when I don't tow. As long as I'm a flat road it's fine. As soon as I go up any type of incline, the transmission start searching for gears. Now some of that is rear end ratio, not enough power to actually pull a lower...
I totally get it. To be honest, I've only been towing the last few years. I haul 5 dirt bikes at a time, so I pretty much need to tow now. GM's are the same way. I really didn't need a 4x4 but liked the trail boss. I looked at one and it had everything but the 6.2L. I really don't like the...
I do not. I guess I was being a little too literal lol. My point being, buying a truck that Ford brags about its towing capabilities and not coming with a trailer brake is silly. The most I would ever tow would be 5-6K. Just saying, kind of crappy of Ford not including something simple that...
