Just an FYI on the activate button on ford pass. Mine became active four days after I had the truck. Don't know why, but based on other Ford apps/trackers etc., I kinda expected that.
Received a VVR from the dealer this morning. It was put on a Rail car in NEW Boston, MI. Tracked via CSX customer service number and its somewhere between New Boston and Baldwin Florida. At least I got a LITTLE information.
I would politely tell them you have the bed liner and cover scheduled since THE DEALER recommended you remove it. Unless you removed it and they told you the cost at that time and you agreed, I would tell them to pound sand. Politely of course.
