I saw that too. I chuckled. It's hard to believe their IT department is lacking the quality control. I'm SME myself and I'm anal about the quality control in the programming. Its very embarrassing to see Ford being like this. Their CTO need to be fired.
It’s bad enough they would have to repaint whole part. It looks like a blow of air from sprayer to make clearcoat warped. It actually showed a pink tint in the bump part. Paint is carbonized grey.
Dealer were able to stop the paperwork. So I was able to return the truck. Not what I wanted to happen. I showed the issues to the manager. He’s like oh hell no, we will take it back. He felt terrible. He didn’t like how it all happened. So I’m glad and sad at same time. The truck was sweet...
One mistake I made is I SHOULD have made them wash the damn truck before I signed! What the heck am I thinking? They washed the truck during the signing. I did saw the small paint dent before the signing and I was OK with it but not the droopy one. That is inexcusable. My best friend said its...
one on fender - big droopy (approx. 3 inch long) clear coat with lump, already peeling off and one small dent on paint near backlight. also droopy paint on one edge on hood. make it look like hood is uneven while its not. Sent e-mail to dealer (salesman, general manager and finance manager), see...
The order guide stating no forward sensing for 502A. That's incorrect. I just received my '22 502A and the bumper has 4 sensors in front. I was surprised.
After driving my new '22 last night. I admit the change is welcoming. I find it more pleasing on my eyes to have it at the line of sight. And it looks more humble on the climate control area. Definitely NO complaints from me here. And I am known to have major OCD about my toys. ;)
I thought about something similar. But from what I read on reviews and all that. I have had trifecta before and never had issues. so I decided to stick with true/proven cover based on my experience.
I'm getting my truck sprayed and already got the mat. Since I have the experience with spray-on. Things LIKES to slide all over the place. Thats why I got Ford mat to go on top of spray-on to stop the sliding. As for tonneau, go with extang trifecta 2.0. They're best.
Yea, I noticed that too. I guess we know where weakness are. Poor tracking of documentation. Funny thing is. no pouch or anything. just 2 small books in the glove compartment. With few gimmick parts for tailgate replacement.
