Did you install the tailgate light strip? I got one for a Christmas gift, and yes, the bracket and it's bolt heads are right where the strip needs to mount. I'm not even sure of the purpose of the bracket. It looks like it just indexes the tailgate from moving side to side.

My XLT was built as of 12/15, estimated delivery to dealer was 12/21-12/27. PALSAPP still shows pending. Today my dealer said he got a shipping notice from the trucking company and hopefully will get it sometime this week.

I didn't order the BAP on my rapid red xlt, but I did opt for the black tailgate lettering that I wanted for an additional $90.00. I later learned from the window sticker(before it disappeared) that it gets applied by the dealer. Afterwards I found it advertised for $70.00 as a Ford accessory...

How did you find that out?

How long has it been taking for a truck to be shipped from the time it was built at Dearborn? Email says final inspections to do. ( no spray in bedliner or extras to hold it up)

Did you check palsapp shipping?

It’s alive! Check your FordPass app for an activation button. I believe that means the truck is built.

For the last 2 weeks Ford tracker has been giving me this- We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN.... This morning I got the 'YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN BUILT' email, with an estimated delivery date of 12/21 - 12/27. Yahoooo!
