This is just my guess on the release delay. It costs Ford extra for the OTA's with AT&T. The amount of data they send, they have to pay for. They may be trying to reduce the amount of data they are sending in the OTA's to reduce costs....and/or they are delaying a Q4 cost until Q1 of next...
