Make the dealer enter your Order Date in the "Protection Date" box in Smart Vincent and show you the various options. I would also recommend that you have them print it out if you have any questions about getting what you are due.
So, l was able to pick up my Truck on Thursday, but didn't leave until after dark as I had to wait my turn to get the truck detailed and a full tank of gas.

Finally, some good news!! My Truck has been sitting at the Railyard in Baltimore Maryland for exactly 2 weeks. This morning, the "Destination" showed up on both the Palsapp & OrderTrack websites. Based on previous Trucks for "My dealer" from this Railyard, it means my Truck is being picked up...
So, unfortunately my Truck has now been at the "Final Destinatio" railyard for 1 week and the dealer has no idea when it's going to be picked up by a vehicle carrier.
