    Yeah I called three times and it rang for like 30 minutes and then just sent me to a survey. It's easier for me to just cancel this one and get a new one since there is no quick and easy way for me to transfer.

    I guess it depends on if you value your own time and customer experience. I personally had to miss an important meeting at work to drive to the dealership for an appointment they made then they acted like I was wrong for coming in. It's about respect not about delivery dates. That's just me...
