I have a similar issue, if I'm on a call and a text message comes in or I put the truck in reverse, the conversation start cracking or you stop hearing the other person. I have to turn Bluetooth on and off on my phone to continue talking, I've reset my phone and sync, still having the same problem.

Is there a way to adjust the distance of when the camera comes on? I found I have to be really close to the car infront of me for the camera and sensor to come on.

Update: i was out and about for about an hour, as soon as I pull up to the car in front of my house,the camera came on, I tried it again and it works. Thanks to everyone that tried to help.

I got an email from my dealer on Oct 20 that my truck has been produced, but it still shows in production as off today 7/12/21, now dealer is saying the truck is waiting for semiconductor chip. This sucks.
