Picked up the newest family member today! '22 King Ranch Powerboost in Antimatter Blue.
This replaces a '99 F-150, and joins an '07 Explorer and an '18 Expedition. As you can tell, there's no brand loyalty in our household...
My dealer is offering an interior/exterior "ceramic protection" option called Cilajet for about $1000. Did some internet searches but am wondering if anyone on here knows anything about it/has any opinions.
When I talked to Ford yesterday on the phone, the update they gave me was that as of 5/25 it had been on Ramp 5M in New Boston, MI. They said it had shipped but couldn't give me the convoy number. Delivery date is still 6/16-6/22.
My dealer emailed me on the morning of 4/14 saying he had removed the wheel well liners and active park assist from my build as per my request. I got an email about 1.5 hours later saying my truck had been scheduled.
What does that mean for orders that have already been placed (but have not yet been scheduled) that included the co-pilot360 active option (which includes the 360 camera and active park assist)?
Brand new order (ordered 1/25, submitted 1/26, confirmation email from Ford 1/26, scheduled on 4/14 for week of 5/23, produced TBD, shipped TBD) [will update as changes occur]

I can't confirm from personal experience, but according to the most recent order guide under the bed utility package description on page 51:
" Zone Lighting (already std on XLT (302A), Lariat, King Ranch®, Platinum, Limited and Tremor (401A/402A); NA w/ XL 100A))"
Haven't seen anybody else posting this yet, but according to its Canadian ratings, the '22 Powerboost has decreased fuel efficiency compared to the '21...
It's only a 1 mpg change, but still unfortunate to see it going down rather than up. I wonder if this has to do with them changing thing to...
