Yes - sometimes, I can feel the ICE kick on and sometimes it's super smooth. The hard shifting is sometimes when the ICE kicks on and sometimes when it's been on. Sometimes when downshifting and sometimes when upshifting. I haven't determined a solid pattern. (moderate acceleration)

Transmission shifting is not as smooth as I was hoping (coming from the Mercedes world) but nothing alarming. I’m hoping that the service bulletin for the 2021 model is applicable for mine. I’ll mention it when I take it in for first service.

Depends on the thickness of the insulation. There are two tools, one goes up to 1/4" (0.250) O.D. diameter wire and the other goes up to 3/8" (0.375) O.D. diameter wire. Looks great, thanks for the tip @UNIKRN150 !

Dexter sent me an email with the MY2022 order sheet. I wasn’t sent any email prior to that with order number or anything, so I haven‘t been able to do any tracking.

I also went with Dexter and ordered a 2021 Platinum model. He’s been professional and responsive. I figure 2021 has a better chance of getting in before the storm of 2022 orders.

FYI, I sent build information for a Platinum trim model to Dexter and he provided me an OTD price that was impressive and not dependent on financing. IMO, his response to the great questions from this group was professional.
