  1. F-150 Price Increases Coming April 13, 2022

On one hand, I'm mad I didn't order back in 21 like I wanted to. On the other, these price increases are out of control. I tapped out and bought a Ranger. I don't see a way that I get an F150 down the road unless these prices come the F down. Rivaling premium Audi prices here.
  2. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

For crying out loud. This is just how it is these days, ey? Ugh. Thanks.
  3. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

Thanks, that answers my question. Fully shut down for the rest of 2022, correct? This sucks.
  4. 3% Under Invoice 2022 F-150 Order - Granger Ford

So with the new constraints, mainly no 360 camera/park assist, can I still order a truck with these options and just wait until they're available again? Even if it's 2023. I just want to lock in some good pricing before I miss my chance here. And while I'm thinking of it, is there MSRP pricing...
  5. ? Another F-150 Price Increase Starting Feb 15

I absolutely would order now if I could but we are planning a x-country move and it's just not a good time to buy a truck. I wanted a 2021 but this has been looming so I've had to wait. It's extremely frustrating. I mean yeah there are worse things in the world but this sucks.
  6. ? Another F-150 Price Increase Starting Feb 15

Damn this is insane. Another price increase? Guess I'm waiting even longer. Hate this inflation crap.
  7. Pricing of cars/trucks going to collapse?

I've got to sit on my hands and wait while some major life stuff happens before I can buy the truck. I have to say though, if a $3k PCO showed up in MY mailbox, I would use it. No question.
  8. Pricing of cars/trucks going to collapse?

Well I'm literally at CarMax right now, selling my beloved GTI. I'm ready for that PCO now, Ford.
  9. Still no 2022 Build & Price - where are you even at Ford?

It's not confidence inspiring. I've been battling to get my wife to agree to the truck and now she wants a Bronco. BP tool for Bronco is broken too! They better fix this before she realizes what a clown show Ford is being right now.
  10. Still no 2022 Build & Price - where are you even at Ford?

@Ford Motor Company Can we get an update? This is getting a little silly. The 2021 build price tool is broken now.
  11. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Super helpful info, thank you! I didn't know about the real estate taxes! The GTI has been a really fun car to drive. I bought it in PA and drove it back to Rhode Island the same day. I will certainly miss it when I sell it, should be about 2 weeks from now. I won't be getting a truck right...
  12. Ford Files Patent For Multifunction Tailgate

I hope it's an option because I don't want it.
  13. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Wow Salida is quite a haul. I feel like we're getting into this at the wrong time. The prices for land have gone crazy high. Hoping we can make this work.
  14. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Yeah you know I was thinking getting the engine block heater would probably be a good idea from the jump. I have some time to figure it out at least. We're in limbo waiting for our employers to give us their blessing to leave the state. I'm about to sell my car for the cash and hold on to it for...
  15. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Fair enough man. Yeah the culture clash is really a concern so your post did rub me the wrong way. Appreciate your candor. I'd really like to get back to treating people like people rather than this ridiculous political hysteria. I've been a Bears fan my whole life and I hate the Packers more...
  16. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Thank you, that is super helpful to get firsthand experience! Yeah I mean when I really think about it, that generator is really important to me if we do end up more rural. Even if I don't use it with a transfer switch. Nice to hear that it's been good for you in Bozeman.
  17. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

The transfer switch is a legitimate concern so thank you for the feedback. I have no idea what the fuel efficiency is on other engines so I'd have to compare. I want a truck regardless for hauling lumber and things like that no matter where we end up but if I have to worry about tires and...
  18. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Yeah that's the thing. My former work commute was stop and go traffic for 10 miles and I thought the PB was perfect. Now I may be looking at a different use case and it has me wondering if it'll be the right fit. It's gonna be mostly flat out there if that's indeed where we end up. Power backup...
  19. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Thanks for the advice on the engine. Not sure what politics has to do with this but OK. Is everyone gonna be like this out there? Or is it possible to have a grown up conversation without resorting to name calling and tribalism?
  20. Does a PB make sense for rural living?

Wife and I are planning a move to the plains of Colorado. I have planned to buy a F150 hybrid for a while now but now I'm wondering if that makes sense if we live in a rural area. Most trips will be at least 30 minutes one way on highways. Also I know that changing tires tends to hurt MPG more...
