Wind noise used to drive me crazy on Ham Radio antennas. I ended up wrapping them with cord and heat-shrink tubing over the coil. Dead silent afterwards. If you take inspiration from the factory radio antenna on your crossbars, you’ll get rid of it…but you may not prefer the aesthetics.

Check your axle bolts if you have the 3/4 float axle. The noise will sound like a baby pterodactyl after a while, particularly under slight electric accel/decel. It gets worse over time.

Lost my second bolt today at 16k. First at 10k. Scratching my head on why this cheesy bolt was used. IRS/FWD drive axles have used a threaded axle and 36mm nut for years without issue. Unreal that this is the HD’ist axle you can spec on this truck and its so fragile.

Used my Powerboost as a generator all day, hot, 90* ambient. Light load, minimum cycling. Got back in at the end of the day, and both my rear view and driver side view appear to be “burned”, like the auto-dimming is frozen in place. Anyone seen this?

I bought a Fumoto valve and now i can remove one 7mm bolt from the underbody shield and get enough sag to wedge my arm through and put a hose on the valve.

I I don’t disagree. I was assuming it would be closer to 1500. Perhaps the 7.2kW, Blue Cruise, or B&O Unleashed are hidden payload taxes.
