That's great and accurate but since Tesla has superchargers everywhere you are not going to experience the range anxiety that others will feel not being near a level 3 charger.

I was a first hour order holder at my local dealer. That made me #7 in line of over 300 orders at my dealership. Got my email today in Wave #3 and placed my order... dealer confirm they accepted it.

I was told you will NOT need solar panels to use the F150 Lightings V2H capabilities at the recent Ford F150 Lightning event in Palo Alto - this was directly from the Sun Run spokeswoman I talked to.
Also said the Pro trucks will be coming early. I specifically asked if retail buyers with early reservations will get theirs first and was told ‘we hope so’.
He mentioned a few times they could have set the price $20k higher but really want mass adoption and pricing in line with the ICE trucks.
Also told some funny stories about customer focus groups in Texas with some good old boys when they were looking for opinions of electric trucks. Very down...
Sorry - they are bundling the charger with the higher end models but realize some people may already have car chargers installed. They'd like to give these people more free kW (Included with the Ford Pass) to make up for the fact they are not receiving a charger.
