I'm very happy with my Leer HF650M. I've used it partially open, fully open, and, of course, mostly closed. I've removed it a couple of times (easy removal, but lift w legs, not back!) to fit my ATV in the 5.5' bed. The only water I've gotten in the bed with it closed has been down the inside...
I picked up my Lariat Max Tow this week. Got the sensor, but no stickers. I have two trailers, so I'll try the non-permanent sensor install. (Love the truck!!!)
Finally (ordered on Nov 11) picked up my Lariat this week. It's a fairly loaded Stone Gray Crew 5.5' bed. I'm very happy with everything about it so far! Thanks to all the VERY helpful info provided on this forum. It helped me before I ordered and while I waited.
I'm interested in any additional feedback on the Leer HF650M. This is the cover I'm leaning towards. Did you order from Leer? How long between order and delivery? I have 3 to 4 weeks before my truck arrives. Thanks.
Steve, Russ is exactly right. Read through this thread for some more info: https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/negotiating-on-a-build-it-price.683/
I took the Granger offer to one of my local dealers back in November and they agreed to match it. Thank you Granger Ford! Watch out for...
My blend date was/is 2/18 in KC. Dealer told me today, "no delays". I don't understand how that can be if the plant has been down all week, but here's keeping my fingers crossed.
Agreed! My local dealer agreed to match the no-hassle Granger price (thank you Granger!!!) with the added stipulation that I could refuse all "add-ons" (expensive nitrogen, key tracker, door guards, etc.), so I feel good about the price tag. I would NOT have to use the dealer for scheduled...
Mine also is scheduled for today. Window sticker was updated today, 2/18, and still shows a blend date of 2/18 - for Kansas City. I hope that means it'll happen, even though the article said the KC plant was shut down this week. ??? Then I still have the spray-in bedliner....
My local Ford dealer offers a no-cost "Warranty Forever" powertrain components coverage program as an incentive to buy from them and do scheduled maintenance with them (though that's not required). www.warrantyforever.com Documentation, with the Warranty Forever administration, that ALL...
My status just changed from "order processing" (ordered November 11) to "in production" yesterday. And last night the sticker showed up - on this tracker, but not yet on the https://shop.ford.com site. ??? Blend / Build date of 2/18. One week! Then "convoy" to Colorado from Kansas City. :)
A month ago my dealer told me 2/1 for my build. Yesterday, w no update on the tracker (still in Order Processing), I e-mailed the question and my dealer told me the build had slipped to 2/15. :( ??? More waiting. Ordered 11/11 and got the VIN within a week.
I'm making the jump from a 2000 F150 Lariat to a 2021 Lariat! The 20 yr old truck has been a good one, but it's time for a new one. Ordered in November. Thank you Granger for providing me with a price to be matched (local dealer agreed to match Granger's price). Scheduled (according to my...
