Just got back from a 1000 mile trip. 20.5 mpg not to bad! My screen did not black out once. When your screen blacks out, is your phone plugged in and charging, I think that may have been the cause, or a contributing factor. But luckily my screen did not fade to black. Please update this...

Went in for an oil change and recall fixes (2 of them) and about to head off on a 1k mile trip. So I will let you guys know it I have any trouble with the screen. I also ask them to update any software that may needed to be done as well. Let's keep each other updated.

Thanks for the update..took my truck on a 600 mile trip this weekend and everything work as it should. Which is annoying. However, when my screen went black, it was dusk and my iphone was plugged in as well. Since that day i haven't had it repeat. But also really haven't repeated the same...

I was able to get a free exhaust system...and an extended warranty..but i declined and sold the truck back to the dealership. From now on, inspect the truck (vehicle) thoroughly!!! I have a video showing the rust on my 2020 Raptor..see page two of this post.

Never thought of when my screen went blank..but come to think of it, it was dawn/dusk - dusk for me. Hope the update works. Got about 1,000 miles until my oil needs to be chagned..i will inquire about this TSB 21-2310. Thanks for you post. I am hoping this helps other too.

Yep..this has happened to many of us on here and more than likely to others as well. Mine simply fads out but everything appears to work. Will get this check out when I go in for my first oil change. Funny thing about mine is if i don't plug my phone in to charge the screen doesn't fad out...

Great info, I think that the XLT may come with more items, just not spelled out to make the Lariat more attractive. I did go with the Lariat as at the end of the day both trucks are expensive and when it becomes operational Blue Cruise will be cool to test.
