Are you using auto fill for the order number and vin? I found this causes issues. I have to manually type them in for the site to work

Technically you are to advise the dealer about the xplan when ordering the truck. This way they put the order in as such. You dealer will probably just ask for thd pin when the vehicle arrives and they are ready to make the deal
