Lower knob on console just to the right of your steering wheel. It tells you in a pop up in the are you see speed or whatever it is you may have set to have in that space. Yes that’s an option ;) my view is fun as it offers many screen choices accessible by arris in right of steering wheel...

Not by my experience. My PowerBoost has better all around fuel economy than my 2018 2.7l, which was only towing a 3500 lb trailer and we are now towing a 6000 lb trailer.
