Apparently most dealers do care. I’ve read that people have been red flagged in the system for as little as a catch can. Just take if it off if you ever have to go in. Most are really easy to install and remove.

Not standard on all models. My reg cab XL didn’t have it either but it’s fine. I’ve never paid for XM on any new car and never will. It’s not worth the price for the horrible quality of music or poor signal. To me that is. I use pandora. Plus I always heard about billing issues with XM also...
