Well, my Plat PB 701a in Smoked Quartz was ordered 1/12/22, In Production since 8/11/22, and I finally received my Built notification a couple days ago. ETA is 12/23-12/29 though I have zero faith in that estimate coming to fruition. Anyone having success with getting some type of incentive...
Same thing happened with me last week. Plat PB, had been at 966 modules forever and when I checked last Wednesday it had jumped to 1824. Unfortunately, no other movement since then. Still sitting 'in production'. Hopefully you have better luck than me!
I've been In Production since 8/11/22 and sitting at 966 modules all along. I just checked for the first time in a few days and it's bumped up to 1824 now. No other signs of movement, though, and unlikely to actually be delivered this month.
I'm currently debating whether I'm going to...
Were you able to find a deal on the one you purchased similar to the one you had on order? The only reason I haven't walked away from my order is that I can't find anyone with a truck on the lot willing to sell it to me for anywhere close to what my order is locked in for (3% under invoice).
Did you double-check in the glove box inside the manual and the other little folded paper flyer things? I'm not even sure if the trucks come with paper manuals anymore, buy the stickers for my 2018 were in with that stuff back in the glove box when I bought it.
I've got a 701A PB sitting on chip hold and currently has 966 modules showing on the tracker app. Been 'in production' since 8/11, but I didn't check how many modules it had until just this week so don't know if it's been at 966 all along or if some have been added during the delay.
Just emailed my dealer and same thing. Shows ETA of 9/2-9/8, but also on chip hold so the ETA doesn't mean anything. Still no 720 modules listed on mine--Platinum PB.
Got the same email last night, too. Your last sentence sums up my thoughts exactly...at the rate we're going, we'll get our trucks about 12 hours before 2023's start rolling off the line and I'm not sure I want to buy a year old truck.
After 6 changes to my production date, looks like week of 8/8 might really be the one. 'Bout darn time, I ordered on 1/12. My window sticker was generated on 8/2 with a blend date of 8/10.
Some of their jobs are definitely $10K+. That specific job apparently ran ~$7800 according to a comment on the YouTube video from the truck owner. Still expensive but damn it looks good. About $3K for the paint work (priced by the part so some flexibility there), $1800 for the suspension and...
I recently ordered a Platinum in Smoked Quartz with BAP but after seeing these pictures in the Build and Price I'm unimpressed, especially with the grill and the wheels. I've emailed the dealer to update my order to remove BAP, still awaiting confirmation.
I think instead of getting the BAP...
No, I don't have an expected timeline yet but I included the Platinum Black Appearance Package which is known to be "late availability" so I'm not expecting it anytime soon...July/Aug would be nice.
I know this was a bit tongue-in-cheek and I am at a loss as to why the '22 F-150 B&P still isn't up, but if anyone actually wants to build one, just email your dealer and they can send you the order guide. I did just this a couple weeks ago when it became apparent that even though I put my...
Funny you should ask, I'm #55 at my dealer (out of 582), and I also got one. Sorry to bash your hopes, but I don't think the email was connected to a Wave 2 invite.
I've had them for four years now on my '18 Platinum and personally, I like them. I agree with the above thoughts that you could always add them aftermarket if you want them.
