Thanks for the insight. I am coming from a 2018 xlt with the 2.7. I am doing the same driving, but in the 2.7 I was averaging about 18.8 mpg. Not a big deal, but yes I sit in pickup line to get the kids from school every day.

Ok I was off a little on my numbers. 122 miles with 42 being electric. 172 miles on the truck. Average speeds between 25-55 mph.

I just bought my truck last week and so far I’m a little puzzled. I have driven about 150 miles (about 175 miles total on the truck), and I think about 40-50 miles electric with only 17 mpg. Is that normal? Does it go up after the break in period?

After figuring out I have BC active I had to call my salesman bc he didn’t know. When did they start preloading it in trucks from the factory?

Yes I have Blue Cruise on the window sticker. My Ford Pass App isn’t showing anything yet. But my fuel gauge isn’t showing up there yet either. I just added it last night.

I just bought a 2021 F150 platinum power boost yesterday. The truck was delivered to the dealership last Saturday. It has the 360 active prep kit, but how do I know if it has blue cruise pre installed on it?

This guy just used a video and voiced over it. He also said there were three trim levels. He forgot about the platinum trim. Got that whistle with those Ss.

What is it that causes the rust on the axle? I was thinking about buying a KR or Platinum. But I have a 2018 XLT with leather and liner that the axle looks brand new and the katskin leather is extremely comfortable. Making me rethink the whole idea... ?

But what if it gets 23 mpg city and highway? That would be pretty decent. Especially for the amount of power it has.

They sometimes wait to the last minute to publish those specifications, I’m assuming to hide it from the competition. It says at least 12k lbs for towing. It also says they also expect it to have best in class towing (the F150 in general) which would require them to be at least close to 14k lbs...

Any idea when the build and price will be up on the website? I know the truck is due later this fall but I would think by Sept it would be up. Thanks. Not trying to derail the tread just looking to see if there is an answer out there somewhere lol
