    My 2021 no longer connects automatically either. I just got it back after 2 weeks at dealer for faulty APIM module which was making screen go dark -- and the battery needed replacement. Not impressed with electronics so far.

    I hope it fixes the issue with the Pro Power being on automatically on ignition. Turning it off all the time is a pain.

    If Ford is listening - please update system so Pro-Power is not automatically on when I start the truck. Noise of inverter is super annoying.

    Whenever I start my truck, there is a whirring noise coming from the back seat area. I think it’s coming from the pro power unit but not sure. It seems that the pro power unit is always turned on by default. Not generator mode. Just the standard mode. Any thoughts?

    Plat. Truck w/o work surface to be delivered next week. Plat. Truck with work surface (my original order) is in "production" but dealer says Feb. 15 at the earliest. I'm probably going to wait for the truck with the work surface but annoyed at continued delay. :(

    So truck w/o work surface has shipped. Truck w/ work surface is still "Order Processing" -- does anybody know what's up with the work surface? And can it be added later? Thanks!

    Truck without work surface is built and awaiting shipment. Truck with work surface has had a VIN now for weeks but no sticker and is still in “order processing”. Dealer claims mid/late January delivery for work surface truck — is he telling me lies? :(
