Fixed and replaced both sides. Told dealer I can feel a small difference with breaking and accelerating but looked like he didn't believe me. Ha! It has made a difference. Also appreciate driving with no grinding noise...such a small nag but makes the drive more pleasant.
Dropped off waiting on eta. Nice to have app monitoring location for any movement. No loaners available and wasn't told ext service plan only covered Ford vehicle for rental. Of course none available at Enterprise. Grrr
Same issue here folks! Had it for a few weeks so took the cap off today after viewing this post to see the broken bolt. Calling dealer for a tow as certainly not going to drive in now.

Dealer told me a 3-day turn around to inspect, have FORD approve, and fix the issue. Parts are in but told them I need a loaner. They said it may be a month until a loaner is available, so I'll bring it back in at that time. Geez!

Scheduled appt for tomorrow. Dealer said they just had one in that waited 3 weeks for parts. UGH!
Picked up mine in August and took images knowing it sat in the yard waiting for chips. I'll jump down there today for another round and only have 4K miles on it.
Received my 2.1.1 update yesterday as well. In the details, simply lists 'Horn and Lights added' with some details but already had that on my app. Still not able to work with XM so using the Android app for my XM channels.
So for a little creativity, I have XM on another vehicle with the XM app, so just played it via my Android Audio. May keep it this way to save on a 2nd XM vehicle fee. BAM!
After the update, what is your SYNC 4 version? Mine lists "21146_PRODUCT", Revision: 145.
For my XM status, tried to remove and reseat a couple fuses for Audio & SYNC but no luck. Dealer hasn't seen this issue and recommended I drop it off for a couple of days. DAYS?!?! ?
Well called the FORD 800 number per their SiriusXM 360L site info...tried a module reset with holding Power & right arrow down for 5+ seconds. It reset but no change. Will try a Master reset soon.
UGH!!! Seems I'm a test case with XM having issues. Hope I don't have to perform a Master Reset but may try it soon. My XM is stuck on Channel 2 and not able to manually tune to 0 for a 'refresh'. It just displays 'SiriusXM Loading...' on my display. Had a online Chat with XM folks, but not...
I see the same after an update this week. Unfortunately my XM is now not working. My display lists 'SiriusXM Loading....', all my XM presets now list 'SDAR', stuck on Channel 2, and not able to manually tune channels, UGH! I've refreshed my radio a few times over the past few days but no luck.
For those of us fortunate to be driving our new vehicles, how many miles were on it when picked up? Mine had 30. Thinking that's a bit high but the dealer did drive to add the spay-in bed liner. Just didn't think they would drive it across the state! HA

Love them! Gives me more visibility and more comfortable with them when towing. Had my F-350 for 13yrs and missed them when had my 2 prev 150's. I HAD to have them on my custom order.
