Yes, I’m aware of the price of a truck these days, just too rich for my husbands taste. He’s still stuck thinking 40k is a lot for a vehicle and that buying new is a loss leader. We usually lease new or buy used. By the way what model have you ordered?
I postponed my reservation as I was in Wave 3, I want a Pro and of course they are “sold out”. Not sure how it works, unless as others have said you’ll have to rely on resale or an abandoned order with a huge markup.
Ford have cocked this one up as well, as the next model up from Pro is 16k...
Congrats! I'm also in Wave 3 but I only want the Pro, I don't want to spend an extra 16K for a few more bits and bobs. Prove me wrong as I'm really struggling with spending 60K on a new model electric anything.
OK, got my email from Ford today to build my truck, and of course the Pro is sold out! My option is to move up to the XLT or above or extend my res. Has anyone else had to do this? Also it does not give you a timeframe if you do. Ugh!
I reserved within the first few minutes, as fast as the website would allow, and I'm #15 at my dealership. Ive tried figuring out my exact res time using the method others have suggested but to no avail. I think this is even more frustrating than the Bronco launch! Come on Ford, I've been...
Anyone else get in right in the first few minutes yet way down the list at their dealership? I'm skeptical because I can't find anywhere that gives the exact time of my res., so I don't know if I'm being jacked around or not. What say you peeps?
Somehow I am #15 at mine, despite reserving within the first few seconds of the launch. After the Bronco fiasco sadly I don’t trust this system one bit.
Wasn't there a B&P up for the Lightning around the time they took reservations? I have no idea what the options are, where are you all getting your info? Thanks!
Join the Mustang Club of America (around $50) and after a short waiting period you can get an XPlan pin. I did it but they won’t honor XPlan for the Gen6 Bronco sadly. Hood luck!
You can change dealers, I did with my Bronco, sadly I'm next to the Pacific so unless he's offering to ship one out for free, sadly I'm tied to a NorCal dealer.
