For what’s it’s worth, I placed my order may 17th. The build date from the dealer has been bumped back almost every week since early august. I purchased a 21 off a lot last week that was slightly different from my order. If you can wait for a 22 I think it’s worth while. But Ford owes you for...
thanks, that’s the first time I’ve seen that. Not ideal but it also doesn’t look high enough to cause any damage. Living in Florida we get plenty of hurricanes that cause water levels to get this high. As long as it doesn’t get on the interior it should be fine.
I’ve heard many people mention the flooded lots around the Dearborn plant, but is there any evidence that any of these lots were flooded? Most of the photos I’ve seen in the areas that flooded showed the underpasses flooded but not much else.
I just purchased a truck built in March and sat on a...
I spoke with another dealer today. A-plan fees should only be registration plus 75 dollars for a dealer fee. I decided not to do business with the dealership trying to charge all of the extra fees.
I am looking at a new F-150 from a dealership in the Tampa area, I have A-plan pricing through my wife who works for Ford. The list of fees they are charging me doesn't seem right, does anyone know if/and how much each of these fees i should be charged with A-plan? Also note there is no dealer...
I’ve been told by the dealer the build week is 8/16. My window sticker is still not available, no signs on the tracker that things are progressing. The dealer confirmed a week ago that the build week was still 8/16. What are the odds this is no longer the build week for my order?
I’ve been told by the dealer build week of 8/16, out of the Kansas plant. I still haven’t seen a window sticker and the tracker still shows it is still processing the order. I’m wondering if this is a Kansas plant issue or are Dearborn builds not updating either.
Sorry if this question has been answered previously but it took 6 weeks to get a vin number, how long does it usually take to get a production date after receiving a vin?
originally the dealer told me I’d have the truck 12-16 weeks after the order but I don’t have any confidence in that time frame.
How far after your order is the dealer able to provide an estimated build week? I placed an order on 5/17, spoke with the dealer today and they had no update.
Is that even a possibility? If they 2021 orders that they haven’t built yet will they just upgrade those to a 2022? Are there really any differences between the two?
I just placed an order with my local dealership earlier this week, I was told by the dealer not to expect a VIN for at least two weeks and dont except to get the truck for 12-16 weeks. I know I didnt pick the best time to pull the trigger, but we will see how it goes.
