Mine rattles when closed. Not open. Haven’t had the TSB done, but it’s annoying as hell 21 Limited. Also, sunroof rubber squeaks when closed, when vented its fine. It’s the rubber inside that’s like zig zag.

Hopefully you have better luck than me. I got a new battery Monday from Ford (warranty replacement), truck would go into Deep Sleep a lot. Since then, I have yet to get an update, even tried the youtube method.

Mine did the same as OP. I am glad I am not alone, even though it doesn't seem like there is a solution or reason for it. I still have not gotten the update. Even tried the Youtube video. Ford should be replacing my battery today, and hopefully that will help make sure truck has right voltage...

So I had the same issue everybody else was having and I deleted the widgets and re-processed everything, (before I saw this) but now the widget just stays the Scriptable looking thing before you put in the commands for a run Script. Would this issue cause it to not re-activate the widget.

It pops up and tells me it has an update; go into Scriptable and hit I believe Ford Widget Tool and "Update 1 Instance" There are almost daily updates and it has been better than when I got it a week before. Super convenient widget.

So it refreshes anytime I drive the truck, but if sitting for periods of time, it doesnt update unless I go into Ford Pass and force an update. The Request Refresh from the Widget; is that the up and down arrow, next to panic and the 4 squares?

My most recent change up was my 18 Ram 2500 Limited Tungsten to my new 21 Ford F-150 Limited. Always had diesels, but got rid of the never used fifth wheel and made good money so hello F150. Have to admit, the thing is a lot easier to whip around town than my old one.

Can anyone help me figure out why the widget doesn’t refresh? So it shows the last time the truck ran; had a window and door open, but nothing refreshes. Going almost a day now. Not sure what I did wrong?

I have always just hit the button on the back of the board to deploy them when I wash and stuff, and unless I drive off, or kick the button they have stayed out. Not sure if they will over XX hours, but for 3 hours, I know they stayed out.
