Agree on the Limited being too over the top. I generally like loaded up cars and trim levels, but sometimes they're a bit too "in your face." The Platinum badges are about all I can handle :)

Me neither ... I vinyl wrapped the chrome on our Navigator and it's holding up OK, but it seems like a lot to do on a Platinum trim.

I think it's official that the GMs are changing their interior but I could be mistaken. I like your thinking though ... just do it :) Feeling it might be hard to find one the way I want it though. Fortunately I don't need one yet.
