I have the hard roll up with the Ford emblem on it. I also thought it was made by Bak but when she pulled up the parts code she said it was made by Truxedo.

Thanks. I have been lurking since early 2021 when I ordered my KR from Granger. I am suppose to meet with the accessory rep at a local dealer next week so we will see what they say. Ford customer care also mentioned going straight to TruXedo to see if they will replace it.

I have the same issue on my 2021 F150 King Ranch. I also live in Hampton Roads and have had no luck getting local dealers to honor any warrant.

I finally got mine. Ordered 4/5/21 and picked up 8/16 From Granger. Icante recommend Gramger highly enough-friendly, honest stand up dealer. The only time in my life that buying a car was enjoyable.

On a plane now to pick up my KR from Granger on Monday morning. Then a couple day drive back to Virginia Beach.

My original ETA was 1 August but tracker then update to 29 August so whether it was early or late depends upon they way you look at it I guess.

Didn’t get a call yet but Ford tracker says it was delivered to dealer. I also can’t go until next week.

I was thinking the same thing. I am actually working as a civilian environmental attorney for the Navy now.

My estimates to sell my highlander have dropped. My delivery has changed again to between 8/26 to 9/1. It has been sitting in KC since 7/22. Delivery date has moved back again in the past week. Ugh. I don’t know why it takes so long to go the last 2 hrs.

Talked with performance chat, my KR shipped 7/15 and has been in Kansas City since 7/22 with a revised ETA (originally 8/1) of 8/27. Ugh! I sure hope it arrives at Granger before then.

What is the process once you fly in to De Moines, Iowa? Do you need to rent a car to get to Granger? I assume you spend at least one night in a hotel in the area? I have a build date of 7/10 and also interested in the time it takes to get to Granger from Dearborn. I am waiting on my first truck...

I have built date of 6/28 according to dealer and vin tracker. Hoping it stays that way.

Thanks for the info but yikes! I am going to have to delete some options if I am going to hope to get closer to my goal of at least 1400 lbs.
