If I really wanted to make an issue out of it, I could easily. They would have to 100% prove the whipple caused the failure. That said, I'm not too concerned. Truck was purchased to build/turn into a 7 second street truck(before it was known tuning would be an issue) this just expedited it
It has nothing to do with weatherproofing lol. It's literally just additional security to keep emblem from coming off since it doesn't bolt to the tailgate

Here are some real world numbers from whipple themselves! This was 93 octane tune straight from Whipple and with No custom tuning available yet pretty solid and Not too shabby. Excited for mine to get here for sure.

It will be fine because whipple has all the coding and what not to prevent it from being an issue. They paid to play and have the partnership with Ford!
Whipple is partnered with Ford. They're the only ones who can tune(roush is still working on fixing their lackluster design on previous model) true Custom tuning will be a good while for reason you mentioned above.
