Man you have to love the quality Ford puts out and 198 miles over the 36k mile warranty. Anyone know the type of hardware I need to put this back on?

I have a 2021 f150 3.5 Lariat with 23k miles. I started hearing a high pitched woop woop noise and then started watching my turbo gauge. At around 25% turbo usually up a hill or under load the gage starts to bounce around and I get the woop woop noise. Any idea what this might be? Is it normal?.

Called the dealer said they can look at it in 2 weeks. I asked will you have the part, nope they can't order parts until they diagnose it. WTF the keypad on the door is falling off, the clip broke and now its just hanging, what is there to diagnose? So I have to wait 2 weeks for service plus...

I got a couple warning today as I was showing off the truck to some friends. I dont have a front camera (that I'm aware of). The fault stopped after I turned off the truck and hasnt come back. Has anyone else experienced these faults?
