Has anyone had something like this happen to them? Every once in awhile, I'll start up my truck and plug in my phone with one of the USB-C ports. At that time, sometimes completely randomly, the Sync system will switch from playing the regular radio to run the iHeart Radio app on my iphone...

Does anyone else have a center console that doesn’t keep the armrest up when you open it? When I open mine, it drops almost all the way back down to an inch or two from closing. This is a non-workspace armrest, if that matters.
