I brought my 21 F150 Lariat powerboost with 13441 miles to the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation and strange noises at slow speed kinda like the brake pad were worn down to the wear sensors any way I got a call back from the dealership stating that my axle is broken and needs to be...
The only benefit is a little added protection of the composite oil pan and transmission pan there’s a lot of composite materials underneath the truck and I like knowing it’s protected
I toured the Rouge plant last week and they were shutdown and said they weren’t sure when they’ll be resumed I was told they had two issues one was parts availability and labor shortages
It should be in you setting where you find the cruise control settings and you have to activate it and you’ll get a confirmation message through FordPass
My lariat power boost has it also and it’s ok because it keeps yelling at me to watch the road even though I am and I think the ir sensors have issues with eyeglasses for some reason I’m glad it’s free for three years because I’m not sure I’ll re up the plan as of now but maybe it’s going to...
So once you leveled it what did you do to realign your sensors and front camera I’m wanting to level my powerboost lariat but I don’t want to screw up my cruise control and frontal crash system
A lot of dealership around me are adding to the MSRP on all vehicles like the F150 they’re adding $7500 to MSRP but if your looking for one chances are they have the inventory to sell right on the lot
I haven’t got mine yet maybe in another month but I’m wondering if there’s going to be a carbon build up issue down the road with running the generator all night or multiple nights
I have a build week 10/4 and a vin number maybe it’ll get bumped up but not holding my breath I should see it early November I’m not in a rush as it’s a lemon swap so I basically get to drive the lemon until my new truck comes in it won’t be an even swap though I’ve upgraded a few things 5k...
I’m there too I got my vin and build week for my replacement Lariat Agate black with black leather, power boost 7.2kw gen, 5-1/2’ bed, spray liner, tri fold hard tonneau, 502a, FX4, Sport pkg, max trailer can’t wait for it
Yup definitely I had to order a new truck for the buy back program because the dealerships won’t part with a truck that they ordered because they know they can get a premium for it and they’d have to wait for an new ordered one to come in it’s just bs if you ask me
I’ve been having issues with my 21 lariat since new and yes it was shifting hard and had a vibration between 8 and 10 upshifts and downshifts were puzzling I’ve spoke to dealers and Indy trany guys and both said it’s a learning thing trany settled down at about 3k and I now have almost 10k on it...
They are learning transmissions modules and it takes awhile for it to learn your driving habits and will get better with time so I’m told and the dealership can reset it back to factory default
Perhaps because they are only projecting 15k units in 2022 and slowly ramping up to 80k doesn’t say much for availability now does it especially if everyone has to order one the backlog will be endless
