Same. I hop out and push the bottom 2 buttons simultaneously and walk away. I find that button on the handle clunky.

I don’t think I ever got a response from my original post. Or I missed it which is possible. The air dam is physically gone, all that remains are the actuators on either side. I never had the issue until I did all the updates. I haven’t unplugged them yet…still too cold here lol

UPDATE…changing 7E0-162-02 didn’t fix my issue 👎🏼

This is great info. I hope this clears up this message I’ve been getting since doing all my updates with FDRS.

I think my dam is gone altogether. Just brackets left on the right and left side. I'll have to research where to physically unplug it. I'm getting the warning every time I drive the truck now.

Jesse sent me a file for the Gateway that allowed me to progress with my updates. Once that updated, it allowed for more updates to become available.

So even trucks that don't have BlueCruise, it still applies?

Is it possible to get a second free extended license, after your original runs out? I thought I’d read that you just put in a new request and it generates a new key, but it doesn’t seem to be working for me.

Not sure if you got in. I was experiencing the same issue. I had to uninstall and reinstall FDRS. Also, I was using my username and password for the Motorcraft website rather than my email and password. It changed somewhere along the way. Hope you got in 👍🏼

Unfortunately that didn’t work. Still have the SCCM “lost com with IPMA”. ABS was replaced with PCM “air dam stuck”

Ok…all SW Updates are complete. I have 2 orange CMDTC’s detected. Sync is still at 23159 Rev 915. Thanks for your help
