I am curious what their initial offer was to you (sales price, msrp etc..) and how much they deduct for mileage. I am in a similar situation waiting on my Ford rep. I simply can't replace the truck for what I paid for it anymore so I would clearly prefer it to be fixed.

It appears I was one of the unlucky few. I was told to expect the part to arrive on 04/11 and for the repair to only be 1 day.

They are included in my contract with the dealer, so they can eat that $1,500 a piece :) I will follow up with them to make sure they are on order now.

I spoke with my dealer today and they can not even get a part number on this to order. I got mine from a dealer to dealer transfer and this is one of the last upgrades I am missing.
