    You should be able to get an XLT 2.7 302A in your budget on Xplan. I just got a 21 w/302A and a lot of extra options (work tailgate, step, 2k for the 5L motor etc) for 45k out the door with X plan and rebates. Knock off a few options I have and the motor charge, you should be able to get close...
