So I'm not sure if my noise is the same as yours but I've had a "creaking" noise for a very long time now. At first I thought it was the actual brakes, but then I was noticing I'd hear it just from letting off the accelerator (and not pushing the brake pedal).
Finally was able to have someone...
Received both of the updates today and it kept crashing on me. Cleared app cache and it still crashed. Went ahead and wiped everything.
Now after logging back in with my FP credentials, when I enter my VIN and nickname, it says unable to retrieve vehicle status.
The last bit from the log is...
So I'd thought everything was good with the widget on my phone but I was living a lie. 😂
I've downloaded the latest GitHub release, cleared cache and data, but it's still crashing.
Chrome on the phone isn't letting me attach the log, but it's not that large, so here we go
--------- beginning...
It is optical (if you enable SSR). And I've had 50/50 luck with the separate truck speed limit signs slamming on the brakes. School zones are another problem - no I don't need to slow down to 35 at 10pm at night!
Ah, could be. Mine is a powerboost, so that's 30.6 gallons when full.
I'll check it again after another fill-up so that we're not guessing too much here. :)
I've been told I'm an overachiever, but now my truck has to be one too. ?
What is the bar across the bottom supposed to be showing?
Edited to add: the DTE in the widget and in Ford pass are a match!
I haven't seen vehiclestatus.fuel empty, just that weird negative amount on occasion (which seems totally illogical, but this is Ford we're talking about!).
I do see the widget retrieving the data from Ford on a refresh. e.g.:
jq -r '.vehiclestatus.lockStatus.timestamp' foo.json
03-02-2022 19:14:17
And there is fuel data too, albeit a negative fuel level is rather odd:
jq -r '.vehiclestatus.fuel' foo.json
{
"fuelLevel": -5.217408...
Empty ETA here as well. :(
Also, when I use the hamburger menu and tap on refresh, it doesn't seem to actually be getting the current data. Meaning, I did a refresh and it was still showing yesterday's date. Then I went into Ford Pass and did a refresh there, and then back to the widget and...
Just got mine back from the dealer after taking it in for this (and the insulation recall and oil change/tire rotation).
In the job entry on my ticket, the tech added:
VERIFIED ELEC TRANS TEST NO DTCS SYMPTOM CHART MONITOR PIDS NEC TO R&R VALVE BODY INSPECT FOUND STICKING VALVES NEC TO REPLACE...
??
It is pretty weird how the contract has the checkbox to DELETE the option but while you're buying the ESP you have to check a box to ADD it.
Go figure! ?♂️
That's just an outdated brochure. Note that some of the other coverage amounts went up. IMO this gives less credibility in A&K, since they're not keeping their website current.
At the end of the day it is the exact same plan from Ford regardless of the brochure or other website content.
