All OE stuff. The coil packs say FoMoCo. 3.5

Consumer Advisement Ford recommends replacing the sparkplugs every 60k and that's where I'm at. So, all parts are from Ford: sparkplugs $16 each and sparkplug boots $23 each. Here's the kicker, coil packs are only $24 including the sparkplug boots.

Clearly, someone who doesn't drive approved this update. They came so close to knocking this one out of the park. I've been waiting patiently for an update to this update.

I went with a Duracell AGM battery but I did upgrade to the group 94 battery from the group 48. Group 94 gives a bit more capacity; I have the XLT 302A. My truck does have the larger battery tray so the larger battery fits without issue however, I needed to buy the larger battery...

I just ran into this problem as well. After several attempts of the OTA update not working I went to Ford to ask questions and when the service advisor told me my battery had low voltage, not a tech, from the service desk computer I became very curious. Everything seemed to be working just fine...

My FordPass app was recently updated and it appears the recall info has been removed. Are you guys seeing something similar?

Mine was updated via OTA but still shows as being incomplete. Thankfully I never canceled my appointment with Ford for tomorrow. I guess I'll find out then if it was completed or not.

I have three recalls as well. -The sound attenuation and driveshaft, performed at the dealer in April. -The trailer brake, performed OTA in June. -Wiper motors, pending confirmation and scheduling. But the app still show 3 recalls

From what I understand that will only work on the 12" full digital dash. I did try making the changes using ForScan using the "obvious choices" on the 8" "Analog Gauge dash" with no joy. It doesn't really look like there is enough room for the digital readout, we will see.

So, I did the remote actuated windows up and down. It seems to only work on the front windows. Only the front windows have the Auto Up/Down. Does that make sense or did I miss something?

I have been messing around using ForScan and have found a switch that appears to be working on the gauge settings. The screenshot is attached of where the switch is and the changes I made.

So, the re-calibration process, is it for speed and/or is it for transmission shift points?

I have heard this as well and I have Apple. I have heard of disconnecting Apple car play or Anroid auto and this did not fix mine. Also setting up MyKey has not fixed it either. However, the software updates are making improvements, it seems. maybe the next update will fix it.

The return to eco, sport, etc. will always occur and the default is normal. Unfortunately, this is the logic Ford has chosen with the drive modes.
