Unless I am reading the CAT ticket wrong, you are within the GVWR for the truck, which seems incredible if it is that 30’ AS with the bikes in the bed as shown in the photo. Dang.

my 21 PB had a sheared passenger side bolt, the max tow axle. The dealer took a picture and sent it in for authorization to replace. ford sent both axles which were replaced. All good now.

If you have the max tow package you may keep an ear out for rear passenger side axle bolt shear. Both my axles were replaced after my sheared. No other issues at 24000 mi on our 21 PB lariat.
