The truck as been at the dealer for at least 2 weeks total. They have replaced the APIM not once but twice.
Every time I pick it up they says its fixed but when I get in to check it doesn't work.
I hit the settings button then connectivity, after that I get a spinning...
Ford Still can't update my truck, they are waiting for tech support to come up with a solution. What a joke, They have had the truck for a total of 2 weeks in shop for this. They said well you don't need the truck updated for it to run, I guess I paid $76,000 for some of the Features to work.
My 2022 Powerboost Lariat has now been in the shop for 10 days, It won't accept any software updates. every time they think it gets done it stops. I don't think the Mechanics are properly trained for this. They had to get a software engineer from For Tech support to help them and that didnt even...

Just the phone, there is no connection in the truck. If you go into diagnostic mode and go to connectivity Icons you can display them on your screen. There are three red Cell icons and the TCU is green.

with truck acc on
hold the right arrow on the steering wheel and the right arrow on the dash ( next to the silence screen button) hold both down until the diagnostic screen pops up. It's easy to exit. Those Icons I added to my main screen from the diagnostic tool. Lots of cool stuff in there.
Here is a pic of my screen. I entered into diagnostic mode and you can see the status of the TCU etc. TCU is green and the other 3 are blood red. Not sure what this means but I think they should be green
