Although I'm a member (hopefully in good standing) of the Rapid Red club, my very first F-150 was a silver 1997 XL 4x4 extended cab with a five-speed manual transmission. That truck will always have a special place in my heart. I vote silver!
The door wasn't replaced, but they did take it apart and did whatever it is they do, including paint. It was much more extensive than the paintless dent repair, but it is the same door.
That's just painful. I was without Victoria for a week and a half and I thought that was tough. Sir, I truly feel for you. Wishing your truck a speedy recovery.
Alls well that ends well. Victoria has been return to her pre-tackle glory, and demanded a long drive to make her feel better. The kids came by to apologize and fork over some $$$. I lectured them on the importance of continuing to play football outside. I'm going to buy them a couple of new...
The neighbor kids were out playing football and mistook Victoria for a tackle dummy. I'm disappointed, but the kids were really upset, and immediately took responsibility and are going to cover the cost of the repair (the parents are). The kid that hit her, evidently he turned the wrong way on...
Your taste is impeccable, as well. And I can actually think of worse things than a few more red trucks roaming around. I think the color does the place some good!
I believe they were Hankook, but aside from that I'm not sure. I was lucky enough to have her delivered to me, so I can't really compare the tires. Apologies for being little to no help, but at least I'm consistent :p
Hi, y'all. I introduced her in the BAP thread, but she belongs here, as well. Please allow me to introduce Victoria. She's a '23 Rapid Red Lariat, leveled, and wearing her finest Cooper STT Pro shoes. Got a bit of an attitude, truth be told...
I've been thinking pretty much the same things. I honestly like how the Unleashed system sounds when the windows are rolled up and I'm either stationary or well under 50 mph. After that, the limitations begin to show. And "Surround" versus "Stereo" is way too dependent upon the song and the...
I didn't think my front sensors were working on mine until I got a tad too close to the garage door yesterday. All the sudden, they were working just fine.
