I haven't tried to install it, but when I was shopping around, the customs shop I spoke with said that this kit raises the truck in a similar way to what the FX4 package already does.
While it might fit, you would subtract the height which the FX4 kit already adds, making it an unattractive...
Checking around locally to have a 4" BDS Coilover kit installed on my FX4 XLT super crew 5.5' bed.
One shop says they can have the kit in hand in 4-6 weeks, another is saying 3+ months.

Regarding clearance, I would still gain a bit on the approach angle which would help a bit, before going up a tire size which I probably will do but perhaps not immediately.
