I recently lost the ability to release the tailgate by pressing 5-6 on the keypad after entering my five digit code. Can anyone else open the tailgate from the keypad?
I had my dealership perform the SSM for this issue last Monday and have not have the random alarm triggered so far. Also, it is very likely issues like this will be also addressed with the upcoming over the air update.
Discovered today that that the Auto-Hold feature can be temporally disabled when you shift the gear selector into neutral and press the "M" button on the console. This disables Auto-Hold for 30 minutes. Very useful for when you are taking in your truck through the car wash.
It is like “golf cart mode”. Once you come to a complete stop you can take your foot off the brake pedal and the truck will stay stationary until you press the gas pedal.

Mine is the power running boards. Use that when I go the the auto wash so I can deploy them when the guy is power spraying before preceding into the wash. Then I retract them just before going through I the rollers.
I have the under seat storage and there are lock on both sides. Also, I did not install the cylinders. You as a customer should not be expected to install those.

Just happen again for the second time today for no apparent reason. However, the motion sensors were not disabled and definitely not bugs with the temperature at 17*F. I now have the interior motion sensors disabled to see if this happens again.
I know I don’t have any bugs flying around in my truck with temps only around 15*F. Thanks for the tip of turning off the sensors inside while this issue is being work on.
