I lost steering today while backing out of a driveway the truck was in electric mode so i stopped & turned the truck off and restarted it, same thing. So i hit the gas pedal to fire the engine only then did i get steering back. This seems dangerous to me. Haven't had a chance to call Ford yet
Depends whether ram can get the power to the ground toyota also came in with big hp/tq numbers with their i force max but the powerboost destroys it in the 1/4 mile
It seems the 3.73 gears are the norm for f150s now. Been checking out the local ford lot for a new truck and most stickers say 3.73 gears my 21 f150 also has 3.73s
7500 bucks damage to my truck after another driver changed lanes into the side of my truck says he didn't see me well duhhh your side windows are tinted
truck has 40k km on it but have had a lot of issues with it. Ruptured brake line front drivers, replaced wheel bearing on passenger side, misfire issue and now the drivers side wheel bearing is making same noise as passenger side was making so back to the shop we go
I have the 3.73 gears, paired with the 2.7 it feels quicker than the 5.0 did
Cant really remember what the 5.0 was like because the 2.7 is a blast to drive I also have the 3.73 gears compared to the 3.55 gears in the 5.0
I installed a kn cold air intake on my 21 with the 2.7 and also removed the sound insulating pad from the hood half throttle you can hear the turbos sucking air with windows up
A lot of owners complaining about the bass but if you look behind the rear seat its loaded with sound deadening insulation. I cut a chunk of it out on the backside of the rear seat were the sub sits and removed the insulation pad from the rear of the cab. It sound a lot better
