Thats correct, based on what I experienced on my 23 Raptor, the SCCM P/N that everybody is using (ML3Z-3F791-BB) won't recognize the Raptor steering wheel buttons but seems to work well with all other variations. I ended buying the Raptor specific SCCM (ML3Z-3F791-HB) and worked perfectly.

Yes that's correct. Just, before you start, save in Forscan the As Build data from your stock parts (HVAC, SCCM, ...) before replacing them with the new ones you got.

The SCCM used by the Raptor guys (ML3T-14B522-HGW) is different than the one that comes with the Column Housing pack (ML3Z-3F791-BB) which is a different SCCM (ML3T-14B522-BNW)

It looks like the correct PN for Raptors is ML3Z-3F791-HB. For all other trim models should be ML3Z-3F791-BB.
