I don’t have a Powerboost but from others I believe the H7 was the largest they can hold.
I had to charge my battery this weekend just to get an update to install…really sucks!
As for brands I can’t say but you’ll need to reset your BMS.
No fix that I’ve heard of, someone said they were to release a software patch at the end of 2023 but I haven’t seen any confirmation that occurred. You are the first 21 that I’ve seen say they have this same problem. Plenty of 2022s with the NAV delete dealing with it.
Yes I’d charge your battery over night. I had to do this a few weeks ago to get 6.5 to install. Really sucks we have to go through all this trouble to get updates to install. Also reset the BMS after changing.
I’ve used Safelite several times and they always asked me which one I wanted and I always got the Ford one with the Ford logo and sound screen for no additional charge.
I’ve had this happen twice but for me it’s I don’t drive the truck enough each day. Only about a couple miles round trip each day. If a dealer is not out of they way might have them check it.
Not from this update but I did have that happen to me about a month or so ago. I was glad I didn’t go in the house right away otherwise I’d had a dead battery in the morning.
