Reading through this thread it mentions that you wouldn't need to remove the grill if you have a 5.0. Do you still need to remove the bumper or are you able to get at all of the bolts/clips with the bumper in place?
Not sure if it's the same or not, but the oil pan gasket had to be replaced on my 2020 Mustang with less than 10k on it. Dealer said they had done a few with low miles as well but it didn't seem common.
The lift has been great. I still have slight rubbing on the crash bars I haven't dealt with.
Only drawback is that I haven't been able to find front skid plates that work with it. Or other skid plates either
Thanks guys. I did talk to RCI and they told me no luck with the BDS lift, which is what BDS told me as well. I'll have to look into fabricating some brackets or a skid plate separately I suppose.
I am really on the fence about the Retrax or the SmartCap... pros/cons for each. I'll have to...
Yes, the Torsen is available through Ford Performance. My dealer charges about $1,000 CDN to install. I haven't had a chance to really try it out yet but all reviews I had read are promising. Looking forward to summer and getting out with the truck.
Thanks. They are from a local vendor. I've had them on a few different trucks and like the style (and supporting local). Of course local for me is in Canada. Here is a link.

Thanks. I haven't measured anything yet but I can when I get it back from the ceramic coating. Do you the measurement from the center of the hub to the fender?
I want to do some sort of skid plate but I haven't had any luck finding anything available that works with the BDS yet.
Hey, I picked up my truck a few weeks ago but have been busy with some changes. I've added a 4" BDS lift, Fuel Tech wheels, and 295/65/R20 BFG KO2 tires. Also added the Torsen differential in the front axle (was after a Tremor originally...). Hope to have a chance to try it out soon. Right now...

I have a 2022 Lariat so I know I have the clutch plate 4H, but when I shift to 4L I do hear a mechanical clunk from below the truck. Does that mean it is still mechanically locking in 4L?
