As another Avalanche Tremor owner, I agree. It's eye catching but not loud/in your face. It just adds some fun to the standard F150 style. I wasn't sure how it'd look on Avalanche when I ordered it but the colors somehow work together great.
I believe Corsa is planning one but hasn't reached the development stage. Through my research I got back the same answers as you for actual development. I think Borla will be the first one released but don't know when.
Not too picky! In my experience, usually dealerships wants to make it right. Definitely bring up everything you find. Those are all things they should have caught and fixed before selling to you.
I have noticed my two most recent Fords (bought from two different dealers) have been pretty dirty...
Wanted to update what I've experienced with the 5.0, so far. Only hand calculated, not using dash readout since it's never close on any of my vehicles. First fill-up 90% highway 70-85mph and saw 16.5. Second fill-up 80% in-town, 15.1 mpg. Still only 550 miles on the truck, I assume these numbers...

Just came from an '20 F150 with base audio to the B&O 8-speaker setup in my Tremor. The base audio speakers are garbage - all mids, no highs, no lows. I replaced the speakers with some efficient Infinity components and covered the door in dynamat. This made an incredible difference. The sound...
I get X-plan through my employer (a large state university) who has some agreement with Ford. I found zero places that would do X-plan on the Bronco. I think even Ford themselves said it was ineligible as it's one of their specialty vehicles like the Raptor and fancy Mustangs.
Helfman Ford in Stafford. Sales guy is Michael Hungate. Got his name from the Ford Maverick forum to put in an order for a Maverick with X-plan and then decided to order a Tremor there too.
Found a dealer in Houston that allowed me to order with X-plan pricing. Sales guy said it took some convincing of the boss to allow it, but they said yes in the end. Saves ~ 6% from msrp for my specific order. Should be arriving in a couple weeks.
