Yep! I've noticed the same thing with my '22 Powerboost and it freaked me out a little also. On my '13 Fusion Hybrid, I have at least 1 gallon of fuel left when it hits zero.
It happened to me last weekend while driving using Android Auto and then trying to readjust the balance and fade controls. My truck also updated recently to 4.2.2.
Yeah, that is my experience with BC as well. It seems to "hunt" for the center of the lane too much so I don't use it unless I'm driving out in wide open areas with minimal traffic.
The Reliance X series transfer switches are mostly either on back order or out of stock but I think that I found one that might work. It is a Reliance XRK0303D 30 Amp 10/18 Circuit Panel/Link Utility Transfer Panel. But, my electrician that I have made aware of the switched neutral requirement...

My 2022 has the rear wheel air deflectors/stone guards, built in Jan. '22 in Dearborn. It's interesting that when I plugged in my model year at the FordOemParts.com, it tells me they won't fit a 2022 but when I change the model year to a 2021, it does say these parts will fit...
