I got that notice 4 months ago. Made an appointment for that and to replace the wiper arms. The dealer took two days to replace the wipers and did nothing with the half shafts because the bolts were not broken. They said the notice was for an inspection.

I wonder if the evaporator is getting oil logged. With those low evaporator and return air temperatures the compressor must be running at a low rpm. Not enough refrigerant velocity to return the oil. As the temperature goes up the compressor speeds up and the evaporator clears. Could even be...
